Toasting the New Year with PBR

After weeks of trying to figure out what it was my friends and I were going to do this New Years Eve, we finally decided on Thuderdome, something we hadn't heard of until recently but surprisingly had been around for a few years. None of us had ever been there before but a friend from Boston had been there on Halloween, and when they had a 3D Dance party (crazy, huh?). Hosted at the Victoria Villa for the Arts, Thunderdome is not an actual place but an event that gets hosted (it had been hosted at Middlesex previously), an is usually refered to as a "movement" in the music scene. Walking in, none of us knew what to expect but we're very excited, firstly because it was New Years Eve and secondly we had only spent $20 on tickets, opposed to the 70$ - 120$ our other friends spent to get into other bars ths night. Not as classy as a champagne toast but definitely as fun, everyone was handed out free PBR's for the midnight toast, as well as the toast at 1 and 2 p.m. With a photobooth and multiple djs, free beer, cheap drinks, and plenty of dancing going on, it was definitely the best choice for out New Years Eve, and we didn't have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to have a great time!
