One of mine most favorite places to dine is called Café Juanita. Not only it is conveniently close to my house but also whenever I go there I feel like I am in an episode of Top Chef. The service is exceptional, the food is heavenly good and the atmosphere is luxurious. This place is definitely a high-end restaurant and is perfect for occasional dinners or special events. Either way you will be glad that you decided to go there. They are committed to organics and they are truly a Northern Italian cuisine. For example I work in an “Italian” restaurant but in reality we are all from Bulgaria and no one has really been to Italy or studied this extraordinary cuisine. In Café Juanita they have done their homework and had made sure that you will eat something that you have never had and they will do it in such a way that you will also never forget. And it is true I am still remembering the salad that I had. I had a salad with Romaine hearths with the extremely delicious garlic anchovy vinaigrett, toasted with breadcrumbs and Parmigiano reggiano …….mmmmmmmm so delicious. How many times you have been able to list one by one the ingredients of your meal and the difficult to remember Italian names??? Well if you dinner was that good you will the same way I did. The food is also served in a way that you almost wouldn’t want to destroy the art that was served to you. So next time you have a special date or a birthday, or you just want to have a wonderful dinner with friends and family call for a reservation at Café Juanita and let me know what you thought.
