People sometimes forget that when you pay at a restaurant you are paying for more than the food. There is a lot that goes into making a restaurant successful. One of the most important parts of any restaurant experience is the feeling you get while you are at the restaurant. There are many things that contribute to that. I am very impressed by the Indian Oven in Logan, Utah. Indian food is good for a change, but it is not may favorite. Regardless, I will continue to go to the Indian Oven because of the way I feel there. It is clean. The people are nice. The owner went above and beyond by greeting people who came. He not only made sure that the food was good, but that his customers were happy. The food was good and the prices were good. And most importantly, the feeling was good.
