It is really funny, because when I was younger I never liked going to the movie very much. I think it was the combination of boredom and having to sit still for a long period of time that kept me away. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the occasional teen flick or disney movie when it came out, but even then I never got that excited about the movies. Now, you are probably wondering why I said that this was "funny". well, I said it was funny that I never liked going to the movies too much when I was a kid because not I absolutely love going. I will even admit that I go alone sometimes. It is such an enjoyable past time. There is nothing quite like relaxing in a cozy seat, eating your favorite candy, and watching a story unfold before you. If I had the time and money to see a movie multiple times a week I would be at the theaters way too much.
The last time I went to the movies was a few weeks ago with my twin sister. We always go to the theater in the mall that is near us, Charletowne 18. We saw the movie everyone was raving about, "The Blind Side". This was the best movie i had seen in a long time. The story had such a beautiful message.
This weekend is my birthday so I am going to make sure to see "Valentines Day" ! I can't wait!
