Tagged Places:  The Roof Bar

Mid- town in Houston is one of my favorite places to go, and while visiting we went to tons of bars and this one was memorable. On the way to this bar my party did not want to walk when this guy in one of those electric cars, but it looks like a golf cart to me asked us if we want a ride. He only worked for tips so it worked for us. When we reached the bar I had no idea where we were going. We walked across this sketch parking lot to a set of stairs with a bouncer just standing there guarding them. All i could think was why would a guard being watching these sketch stairs. When we finally got up, I realized we were up top of a four story building that had a bar and stage. It was awesome. You could see downtown all lit up. There is also inside seating. It looks very contemporary inside, but in the summer months outside the weather is perfect to be outside. Plus it is kind of romantic. I think this is one of my mmost memorable moments in houston. Being under the stairs with a view of downtown dancing.
