I typically go to the same Thai restaurant all the time, but I have decided to branch out and try another Thai restaurant. I decided to go with a fairly new one that is a small, family run business.

We started out our meal with Basil Mama Shrimp Toast – it was the best I have ever had. The next course was Tom Yum soup that is made to how spicy you want it. We went with medium and that was plenty enough spice. We couldn’t decide what else to order next because everything looked so yummy. We decided on Chicken Curry which had peanut sauce, as well as a red curry, Pad Thai noodles, and Green Beans sautéed in garlic sauce. I have never had curry sauce mixed with peanut sauce, but it was a great combination. The servings were very generous and were piping hot when served. Each dish had their own distinct taste and very flavorful. Steamed rice is also served with your meal.

Now that I have branched out from my normal Thai restaurant, I am willing to go back and try more of their dishes.
