I ate here last night! It was terrible!!! I walk in, and there are peanut shells everywhere on the ground. They have this big bin of peanuts for everyone to grab while they're waiting to be seating. They encourage everyone to just throw the peanut shells on the ground.. For what reason? I have no idea.. So it sorta gives this saw dust look when you first walk in..
There is 4 of us, and we wait for our seats for about 15 minutes. It's pretty much just chaotic the entire time. There is only 5 single chairs to sit at while you are waiting for your seat and everybody is pretty much standing around throwing peanut shells on the ground. GROSS!
So we finally get our seats, our drinks come pretty fast and we finally place our orders.
We literally waited about 40 minutes to get our food, and by that time, we are clearly "stuffed" because of the bread they give us while we're waiting.
I ordered the sirloin and ribs with baked beans and mushrooms. I was SO mad when I got my plate. The person I was with got the same meal as me, and their sirloin was twice as big as mine! Mine was so small, I was so mad! It tasted dry, and my ribs were SOOO hard and dry!
My baked beans, were not sweet, they were so bland. I have to admit, the mushrooms were good and the bread and butter was good.
All and all, my first experience here was TERRIBLE!! I will never come back! I highly recommend Famous Daves as an alternate!! Even the prices at Famous Dave's are better.
