My father-in-law spent some time in Chile. While he was there he fell in love with Chilean hotdogs. Last Friday my wife and I ended up at a Chilean restaurant, Yah Poh, by accident (the other restaurants we tried were too busy). There were not many things on the menu, but they did have hotdogs. Remembering my father-in-law, we ordered one. Chilean hotdogs are a bit different than American hotdogs. They are covered in avocado, cabbage (like sour kraut) and mayonnaise. At Yah Poh, the bread is made fresh. It was delicious. We liked it so much that we ordered another. We told my father-in-law about the experience and he was quite jealous, especially since he is from Kansas and he says there aren't Chilean restaurants in his area.
