Tagged Places:  Moonstruck Chocolate Cafe

I just wandered into the building on campus that used to be home to my favorite hot chocolate and studying spot. Unfortunately it was removed from the Champaign area, but there is still a location in downtown chicago. Moonstruck is definitely a place for chocolate lovers. I would grab an american hot chocolate (the mexican blend is delicious as well) and sit in the upstairs lounge for hours, completing impressive amounts of studying and homework. Known for their decadent chocolate, customers are able to get a sneak peak with the coin of chocolate that comes on top of their hot chocolate or coffee lid. A bit pricier for chocolate, but well worth it. Perfect for a cold day pick me up, or a study buzz.

About Me

I am a Junior majoring in Advertising at the University of Illinois. I play on the Illinois Women's Lacrosse team and am a member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority. I love traveling and experiencing new things. My latest adventure was to Australia to study for the best 5 months of my life. I bungee jumped, cliff jumped, white water rafted and snorkeled the great barrier reef. I love being spontaneous and barefoot. I believe that life should be nothing less than extraordinary. Dream big, do bigger.......C'est la vie!
