This summer I worked at Nordstrom, and with working in retail means always on your feet, and long hours! The best part of my lunch breaks was going to the Nordstrom Cafe! I had a discount, so this made me feel better whenever I ate here! They have so many options to choose from, pizzas, pasta dishes, panini's and my ultimate favorite tomato soup! My go to meal was their grilled cheese and tomato soup! The soup is so popular, they sell it by the jar at the cafe. I would sometimes just order the soup for a meal because it is so filling, and comes with cheesy bread slices to dip in. I loved ordering off the kids menu because their plates are just as big as the adult entrees, but a much lower price! All kid meals come with fruit, chips, and a drink. I have tried their other kids menu dishes like their cheese pizza, chicken fingers, and pasta, but nothing compares to a classic. When you enter the cafe, they take your order, and they bring your food to the table. I always leave a tip whenever I eat at the restaurant even though you pay at the counter. They have huge salads, like my other favorite, the salmon and caesar salad. All the entrees are shown in front of you, which makes you hungry, waiting in line to pay! There desserts are so good as well, I would occasionally try a new cookie, or cookie bar and save the rest for after work. So if you are shopping at Nordstrom, or at Bellevue Square, I would recommend going to the Nordstrom Cafe for a nice sit down lunch. Shopping is tiring, so why not shop at Nordstrom, and enjoy a delicious meal.
