BELIEVE
I do believe in the power of love. If we had more of it in our world it would absolutely be a better place and people would actually be more whole-healed-nicer. We could all use more of it.

Watch Your Diet with Kids Clift Bars & More
Tagged Places:  Whole Foods MarketRei

For only $0.69-$0.79, you can buy kid clift bar that is only 120 calories. Why is this important for me and perhaps you? If you want to "watch" what and how much you eat during the day, it's important. If you want to have sustainable energy throughout the day vs only certain times, it's important. If you want to be "on" and engage with people and your projects (aka "being in the moment"), it's important. This is my new secret for healthy living: (1) eat 5-6 small meals per day to speed up your metabolism. Eating one kid clift bars vs an adult one (which has like 220+ calories) is key for me in-between the "big" meals. (2) eat a light breakfast vs a big one like what traditional Americanism teaches you. For example, I may eat one bagel or one apple. (3) Eat a balance lunch or dinner meal but eat no bigger than your one hand palm of meat to limit your in-take. (4) Exercise 3-4 times a week but make sure you lift weights or some of resistance training. Why? Getting your muscles working helps your body to take energy from other places (hopefully your fat storage). Trainers/experts tell me that will help "shape" you. (5) Pour yourself in any projects in with intensity - perhaps you can really focus on 1 hour increments if that's possible. (6) Take proper rest for your eyes, if you're on the computer a lot like me, or mind/body so you can put as much energy/intensity into your projects or being in the moment with people.
