i tried a teacake for the first time today. this cake reminds me of a cupcake....but better!!! the cake is super moist, light and fluffy. the frosting on top is this delicious glaze that isn't too sweet and overwhelming. the teacakes come in different flavors: buttermilk, blueberry, and cranberry.
