When my wife and I were engaged, we looked for a place to have our wedding luncheon. Of all the places we looked, The Bluebird fit our needs the best. They have a room on the top floor of the restaurant and it doesn't cost extra (many places we checked did). The room is not really big, but we didn't have a ton of people so it was fine for us. The lighting in the room was not really good for pictures, but that's also OK because we took pictures other places. The price per plate was very reasonable and much better than the other places we looked, especially considering the lack of a room charge. We had a couple different choices for the food and many people told us how tasty it was. I might be a little biased because it was my wedding day, but the Bluebird was a great venue for a wedding luncheon.
