I am sure this photo is gonna tempt you to try this. Dosa has been my favorite dish for years.
I was so glad to see this made just the way we get in India. For those who do not know about this dish and how it is made I can explain a little bit about it.
Dosa is made by lentil and rice .lentil and rice is soaked overnight then grinded and then fermented. It is spread on tava and it just looks exactly how it is looks in snap.
It was one of those days when I really didn’t want to cook at home. I don’t know it happens to me after cooking for a week I need a change and I want to try something interesting.
Diva is perfect for someone who wants to indulge both in drink and food. Dim lights and bar inside is very inviting and soothing. Its USP is ambience and food. Decor has all those things which would remind you of India like Indian currency, paintings and of course food.
I along with my husband went to this place. We arrived late so I could hardly see people around so we were given all the attention.
Anyway I ordered Dosa and my husband ordered paneer sabzi. Service was great and I really liked the food the way it looked.
Lovely night and lovely dinner made my day. It was worth spending little extra but it was worth it.
