What is a GeoBlog?
If you went to Newport, you know about Kyoto's.

I went to Newport High School in Bellevue, which is located near Factoria. Although there isn't much in Factoria right now.. Kyoto's is a teriyaki restaurant that reminds me of my high school days. During my time at Newport, my friends and I would go at our lunch break, or on Wednesday's when we got out early from school. I must say they have really good chicken teriyaki! The teriyaki comes with white sticky rice, and a salad with really good sauce. You can ask also ask for brown rice for a little extra ;) Going back to Kyoto's reminds me of all the after school lunch days with my friends. In fact, each time I go, I see a familiar face. Although known for their teriyaki, they have other entrees, and soups like their yakisoba, miso soup or my favorite starter, gyoza. Still after high school this is my go to place for great teriyaki, and a good spot to meet up with my friends. I think my class of 2006 would agree this restaurant was part of our high school experience.
