I am holding a BA Human Resources Management obtained in 1994. My specialisation in executive search is: Telecommunications, (New) Media and Technology. I am a member of the Telecom Media & Technology practice of LeadersTrust International / AltoPartners a global top 20 retained Executive Search firm.

After several HR related positions at an insurance company, one of the Dutch Unions and with recruiting agencies, I started as an entrepreneur in the Recruiting industry in the mid nineties. I successfully founded and expanded three international recruitment boutiques and merged my activities in Macallan Search Partners with the Dutch team of Leaders Trust International / AltoPartners.

With a proven international track record (working in Europe and Asia) and successfully placing high calibre candidates in senior management positions I can say that: Executive Search is an Art and a Science!
