I'm not sure if all the pho 2000 are the same owner in the LA area, although every one that I have been to were excellent. The broth is good and you can tell it's not just a seasoning packet. The spring rolls are fresh and the place is clean which is important to me.

The noodles are pretty good here. That's all that's on the menu, so you'd better be in the mood for soup noodles. The waitress was kind, and the prices are decent (around $6). The bathroom is located in the parking lot, so beware! My favorite thing about this restaurant is that they're open late. But don't expect them to wait for you if you're their last customer; they're not shy to remind you of the time.
