gourmet food, great prices.

The Baci Cafe serves great food for extremely reasonable prices- $6.50 for an enormous and delicious
pear and walnut salad with bleu cheese, walnuts, cranberries, all served in a tasty creamy sauce. It is hands
down the best place to eat on campus (excluding the ave). The presentation is really artful and the coffee is pretty good to (I would reccomend a few other places in the U-district if you are going strictly for coffee).
However, overall this is a good bet. And a few really hot waitresses there doesn't hurt too.

I've been a student at UW for three years now and have made it a point to have lunch at the Cafe once or twice a week. I've noticed a change in the past few months, the menu is amazing. Gourmet food on a student's budget! Can't ask for more. There Chicken Salad Terrine is out of this world!

Pros: Chicken Salad Terrine
Cons: Slow service at times
