GeoPage Score
What's this?
|
|
|
|
|
GeoPage uses a unique scoring system (0-10) to give you a new and quick way to determine the popularity of a place without having to read lengthy reviews across various sites.
This score is generated by compiling ratings, recommendations, reviews, and blogs from multiple sources and creating a bell curve score that rates this venue compared to its direct competition - specific category, cuisine type, and location.
Now, you can quickly see the most popular sushi restaurants in a particular city. For more help, see our FAQ.

All i can tell you is dont be fooled by the pre-approval bull they tell you. They called me and told me i was pre approved so after driving 53 miles to see them in hopes of getting a new car i was turned down. This was on a Friday night, they told me i had not been at my job long enough, which the day before they said everything looked great on the application which they asked for time of employment! Why couldnt they see that before i went there and told me over the phone! So they asked for my husband to be on the application so i said ok..they told me we will have this taken care of and call you first thing tmw am (sat) I waited all day saturday and NOTHING. I finally called and they told me that they were waiting on an office manager to approve it, everything was looking promising they said! however i would have to wait until MONDAY!! so monday came around and NOTHING! i called and they gave me a bull line that since he was stationed in another state for the Army even though i was

dishonest dealership

My 67 year old father traded for a new 2008 Chrysler and about a month after the deal was made they sent him a bill for $724.01. Because they screwed up the payoff on the car that he traded in. He has bought 4 cars from them and this is how they treat him. When I called several time about this the Manager was aways out so I called them from the Pilot truck stop across the street and was told that he was still out then I went to the dealership and he was seating in his office. I have bought over 18 car and have never been treated the way they treated My Father. I would not even buy a skateboard from this dealer. The only one that I would trust in the Dealership is Robert Taylor. My Father told Robert that if he ever goes to work for a Honest car dealer he would buy a car from him. He and the rest of the family will never step on Bob brady dealership again and tell everone they know about the treatment we got.

Bob Brady Dealership
May 15, 2008
(5.0 / 5 stars)
Bob Brady has a huge reputation for making MISTAKES on the trade in value of customer vehicles; I should know because they screwed me pulling the same trick. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do but let everyone know how this dealership operates; the Illinois State's Attorney will do absolutely nothing for your cause. Usually they call the customer about 3 days after the sale to tell them that a MISTAKE was made on the trade in value. I tried to get my old car back, but of course they claimed the car was already auctioned off prior to them informing me of their MISTAKE. Call the Better Business Bureau to register a complaint if it will make you feel better, but Bob Brady could care less. I would also highly recommend that you DO NOT use their service department either, they are as incompetent as the sales department is crooked.

shelly g and becky g i think you must work for bob brady ,buying a vehicle has been a terrible experience from bob brady ,one thing is for sure i will never go there again ,i didnt have a chance to choose a vehicle they brought a vehicle out from the back and said this is what i can get you in ,i test drove it and it didnt appear to have anything wrong ,i decided to buy it ,on the way home the check engine light came on ,i notified the sales person right away ,i had to get the vehicle back in anyway because they had to fix the back window which the part was on order ,also the front door panel was very loose there was alot of air coming through the drivers side window ,it was raining that day and the window also leaked .when i got it home i noticed the front bumper was loose on the passenger side ,there were snaps missing around the wheel well which kept the bumper in place ,driving it the next couple days the car died a few times when coming to a stop ,i notified the sales person of ev

PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY
February 25, 2008

READ THIS BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS DEALER: BEWARE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF MONEY.
This dealer is just like one of the reviewers mentioned about the Honda. For starters I was told that I was pre-approved for 25,500 and I asked several times on the phone if they could verify that and be sure of it before I stepped into the door and they constantly told me yes. On the phone I clearly told them that I wanted a Honda Civic with Nav, they say ok, as if that would be possible. When I got in the store they soon brought out a Hyundai Elantra and Grand Am. That was not the car I mentioned on the phone so why would they dare show it to me.
Here is the key, I don't have credit but I was shocked that I could be approved for that much and I was shocked that they confirmed over the phone, that is why I went into the store. Before they contacted me I had planned to get a visa and build my credit then reapply online for a loan but when they called I thought wow there is hope but there wasn't.

This has been the best experiences I have ever had purchasing 2 vehicles. The people here are the best! Amanda helped us with both purchases and made it very easy. Their business is 2 hours from my home, but because of the first and second purchases I will come back for my third! Great place, great people.

We purchased a new car over the weekend at Bob Brady Dodge. They were awesome to work with, and we couldnt be more pleased. We do not have a great credit rating, but they did everything they could to help us out! I highly recommend them to anyone!
