I wouldn't buy jewelry anywhere else! I drove all the way from Idaho Falls, ID to purchase and engagement ring! From the moment we walked in, there was a huge difference from the other stores. It was definitely an education! The other stores could only tell us the price and left it at that. S.E. Needham's actually educated us on how a diamond is graded and really wanted us to know what to look for when we compared their diamonds to other diamonds. They just seemed to know more than other jewelry stores. I didn't feel pressured and I didn't have to worry that I wasn't getting what they said. They gave me a diamond certificate with the value of the diamond and ring in case something ever happened. My fiancée wanted quite a few changes on the diamond band and they were able to do it. They have really good goldsmiths right in the store, so we didn't have to send it out to have someone else to do the work. They kept all of their promises and the experience was awesome! Definitely worth the drive!

Let's face it - shopping for an engagement ring is an experience in itself - and it's all part of the magic of getting married. Me, I'm glad I took my fiancee (now wife) to Needham's. It's a quaint, charming shop, and the personalized service made it so fun. We didn't have to go into a "chain" jewelry store - and I think she was flattered that we made the drive up to Logan to make a day of it all.

They have a great selection, and we were able to get the exact diamond we wanted, at the price range we were looking at. A big thanks to Needham's for making the whole experience fantastic!

I'd recommend them any day! They are honest, good hearted people so willing to help you find what you need and make sure you're completely satisfied. Yes, they focus on quality over quantity for sure. I designed my own ring, drew it up and Joe transferred every detail into the computer, made an identical wax mold - and after tweaking it here and there - they turned my drawing into the real thing! That's what makes them so quality is because they have that machine that will make precision molds straight from a computer design. I believe there are only a slim few of those machines in all of Utah!... They are trustworthy to the "T" as well - and THAT's important in the jeweler business. Tim helped us out tremendously and even went the extra mile to make sure we were happy at every step. =) We were treated like family at SE Needham Jewelers. My ring is perfect! This is the best kept hundred-year-old secret in Utah. Needham Jewlers goes above and beyond what is expected in the diamond and jewlery business today. The staff is not just personable but trained and tested in the industry. It is obvious that the Needhams love the work they do and the people they do it for. Joe is one of the most outstanding goldsmith's in the nation and has a passion for designing unique jewlrey for Needham's customers. He listens carfully to what they want and then somehow figures out how to do the impossible and make it beautiful as well. The pricing always surprises me because it is never as high as I expect for the quality of the piece nor the personalized service I receive. I have yet to wear my custom piece and not receive comments about it. In turn I enjoy letting others know about Needham Jewlers.

The salesman are nice and know what they are talking about, but the quality of work here is horrible. My wife has had nothing but problems with her ring(main diamond coming loose, side diamonds shifting out of place) usually when we bring it in to get it fixed they just polish it and don't fix it(probably thinking we wont notice). They won't work with us and within a few days of getting the ring back after "being fixed" we're back in there for another round. This has been happening for the past year. My wife has a tension set diamond, and they just don't do them correctly. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE

There is not better place to buy a diamond in Utah. With the expertise, selection and value you find here it is absolutely astonishing more people from Salt Lake haven't found this jewel.
