This was the first time in last 5 years that I moved not myself but hired movers to move me. The movers showed up on time and were gentlemen the entire time. Their spirits were great (very evident with their hard work and personal care). My value belongings were delivered on the next day it was impressive since I took a plane and they were driving 1300 miles! My new location in New York required them to go up 4 flights of stairs with no elevators. I was given the fixed price and it hasn't changed. They worked hard and as a team and moved me in what I thought was record time!The service they provided was excellent and nothing was broken or even scratched! Recommended Chicago movers!

When I was preparing to move to my new living room, I was left helpless by my spouse since he was engaged in his work. Thanks to Chicago movers. They helped me greatly and were supportive even. They helped me settled down in my new place pleasantly.

The crew was hard-working and professional, and loaded up the truck in only 90 minutes! A quick ride to Plano, and they unloaded and positioned our belongings in about 90 more minutes. I was flabbergasted. I had expected the move to take six hours, and it only took 3 1/2! I could not be happier with the service provided to us by USA Moving.

The move was completed in 5 hours, which included the 50 minute drive from Wilmette to Round Lake. Very reasonable rates, and they threw in wardrobe boxes and another 10 small boxes free. I would recommend them highly.

Showed up 20 minutes early which is always a plus! They were very careful about avoiding scratching the walls and furniture. If the boxes/items are labeled, they will stack them in the appropriate locations. I was using another moving company the same day for items in storage and that company was unable to move a couch into the second bedroom so we asked USA Moving and Storage and they were able to do it. If your looking for a professional moving company, we were very impressed by USA Moving and Storage.

I was EXTREMELY happy with my entire experience with USA Moving and Storage. They were professional, courteous and FAST. They arrived at my apartment around 8:30 AM and were done unloading at the new place shortly after noon. They were very careful with belongings. I will absolutely use them again if I need to.

They were very talented when it came to getting large items out of doors and around corners. They also had to manually hoist my mattress, wooden desk, and wooden file cabinet up to the second floor. The only stairs up to the second floor were spiral which made it impossible to use for these large items. They securely wrapped all of my furniture before it left the apartment. 2 of the guys also helped me put together some Metro shelving because the TV had to be placed on it. They were very professional and extremely efficient. The movers I hired last time seem like the 3 Stooges in comparison to these guys. I saved $150 from my last move because the USA guys were so efficient. The woman I worked with when scheduling my move and picking up my free boxes was very pleasant and knew the business well. I highly recommend USA moving to anyone. Also, my new building manager wanted to know what company moved me because they really knew what they were doing.
