The staff will treat you like a guest when you are trying to find an apartment but will treat you like garbage after you moved in. They even will charge you for the days you don't live there after you move out!!!

I just moved in this summer from a condo building in Wrigleyville. I'm so happy I made the move! The management and all staff are very friendly. They address questions and problems the same day (usually immediately). Even though the building is on the old side, the common areas are very well-kept and my unit is very nice. For the amazing area, the rent is excellent. Only cons: the laundry room is out-dated and I wish they would have replaced the carpeting in the unit before I moved in!
