Bad Bikini Wax
October 22, 2008
(1.0 / 5 stars)

I made an appointment with Beth for a bikini wax. The experience was a nightmare. I could tell Beth wasn't comfortable even doing this service, as she kept reminding me how much is was going to hurt each time she pulled the strip of wax off of me. She only manged to partially clean one side and boy, did it look ridiculous. I would have never let a client leave the salon looking like that. She knew she had done a bad job, cause she offered me 70% off. It should have been free, cause I ended up going to Allusion in Deland where they had to "Fix" the butchering I got at Time Out! I highly recommend Allusion. They were professional and provided great customer service

Pros: Waiting area was nice. Music was nice
Cons: Staff needs training in waxing and customer service

Great caring service
June 24, 2006
(5.0 / 5 stars)

One of Deltona's greatest places to relax! Beth has been so great, and I am sure that all of her new staff is also wonderful. Several months ago I found this place out of desperation for headache relief and have been a client ever since....I couldn't be more pleased. There have been a few instances when I asked her last minute for a quick 15 minute massage after a long day at school (I am a teacher) and she easily accomodated my immediate needs. My progress with the elctrolysis has been a little slow, but I still have seen a tremendous amount of improvement. It has helped me feel much better about myself too. I can't thank her enough.

Pros: Location, hours, service
