GeoPage uses a unique scoring system (0-10) to give you a new and quick way to determine the popularity of a place without having to read lengthy reviews across various sites.
This score is generated by compiling ratings, recommendations, reviews, and blogs from multiple sources and creating a bell curve score that rates this venue compared to its direct competition - specific category, cuisine type, and location.

New York's football battleground in New Jersey.
August 13, 2003
(3.0 / 5 stars)
The Venue
Just across the Hudson River from NYC, Giants Stadium is part of the larger Meadowlands complex, which also includes the Continental Airlines Arena. Both the New York Giants and the New York Jets football teams play their home games here--the Jets having moved from Shea Stadium in the '80s. In 1996, Giants Stadium (referred to as the Meadowlands during Jets home games) became home to the area's Major League Soccer team, the New York/New Jersey MetroStars.
The Experience
The Stadium converted to a natural-grass playing surface in 2000 to make ball players happy. The stadium also serves as a venue for some of the larger, classic rock music concerts in the region--one night the Rolling Stones, the next night Kansas.

When I buy my beers befo rethe shows, theyd on't let me bring in more than one at once. And the stupid thing is that they remove the bottle cap before giving you the beer and they put it in a plastic bottle incase fights occur. Crowds are horrendous. This was once upon a time an airline. Thus this isn't too far from Newark Ariport. The New Jersey Turnpike can take you here or the Lincoln/Holland tunnel. From the outdoor feild with parking you can see the manhattan skyline to your east.
Nice quiet area, and clean, full of nature. They have lines to the kazoot for bathrooms, and you can see spectaculary in the show no matter where you sit.
Pros:
Great seats, excellent shows, good beers
Cons:
Very expensive for food and beers

worst ever seen!

After an awful game, of the two big soccer teams, real and roma, the Giant Stadium Staff played their game. It is ridiculous that it is not possible for a Stadium which should hold 75,000, to handle 300 bags. it took me two hours to get the bag.
FORGET IT!!!!!! Stay at home and enjoy your beer.
Pros:

Cons:
Expensive, Dumb Staff, Hard to reach

Not for music fans

If you have to see your favorite band at an outdoor arena, Giants Stadium isn't the worst place to go, but it's far from good. The facilities are OK, but the refreshments are lame, and overpriced. The bus from Port Authority is extremely convenient--getting there, that is. On your way back, expect to be engulfed in a mad crush, as 10,000 people try to crowd on to too few buses without any direction or order provided.
Pros:
It's big
Cons:
Poorly managed, Crowded

Know Before You Go:
Giants Stadium is searing hot in summer and freezing cold the rest of the year. Bring a warm jacket, a winter hat, a scarf and gloves for cold winter games.
