GeoPage uses a unique scoring system (0-10) to give you a new and quick way to determine the popularity of a place without having to read lengthy reviews across various sites.
This score is generated by compiling ratings, recommendations, reviews, and blogs from multiple sources and creating a bell curve score that rates this venue compared to its direct competition - specific category, cuisine type, and location.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, attentive and knowledgeable waitstaff, delicious food!
December 21, 2007
(5.0 / 5 stars)
We made reservations the same night and surprisingly got in on a crowded rainy Friday night relatively quickly. If you want an ultra romantic atmosphere ask for the private rooms (that have 4 tables) off to the right side behind the hostess area. If you are a wine enthusiast, (we aren't), this is definitely the place to be! Our waitress was VERY knowledgeable and attentive and gave an extensive description of all the dishes and how they are prepared. We started with the Oyster platter and crab and lobster cakes - both EXCELLENT choices! The oysters especially were outstanding - clean, crisp bite a real 'taste of the sea'. For entrees I ordered the aged filet mignon on a bed of porcini mushrooms in a fig reduction, my boyfriend had the Kansas triple-aged porterhouse - both were juicy and flavorful. Oh, we also got the lobster mac and cheese as a side - to die for! My boyfriend's steak was slightly charred on the outside, upon mentioning this; our wait staff jumped right into action, and started a new steak. When the 2nd steak came out, so did Executive Chef Craig - who apologized profusely for the wait and comped our entrees AND gave us complimentary deserts to go! We were VERY impressed with the level of service we received at Capital Grille, we will definitely be returning both for the service and especially the food! And for such premium food the price was not a budget buster - $100-$160 for 2.
Pros:
Service, Food, Price, Wine Collection
Cons:
none

Make reservations a few days ahead of time and was amazed at how soon we could get in. I had heard that it was booked far ahead of time. Service was great.. Steak was unbelievable.

I have made my reservations a month and half ago since i was on a vacation for a while and wanted to gurantee a table for my birthday occasion,i did mention on the call that it was my birthday celebration.so we arrive at 8pm sharp and were seated in a flash,to my surprise there was a birthday card on the table waiting for me which was also complemented with two glasses of champagne for me and my wife on the house, our server was very helpful and friendly.
Obviously the good part is when the food arrived i ordered the delmonico steak which was recommended by the waiter and my wife had the grilled swordfish, as expected the food was delicious and heavenly, they also topped it off with two types of deserts on the house.overall the food, service and atmosphere were all well taken care and a must visit if you appreciate quality food and service.
Pros:
Job well done Capital Grille
